In NEWS1875, we reported
that leading edge scientists have created the most sophisticated implantable
chip ever, the kind of chip that can control mankind in just the way that "Mark
of the Beast" implantable chip foresees in Revelation 13:16-18. If you have not
read this first article, on the subject, we encourage you to stop now and do so,
in preparation for this Part 2.
In Part 1, we reported that a Professor Kevin Warwick of England is the
world's preeminent scientist engaged in developing future uses for this chip.
Let us go to his web site now to briefly discuss the science behind the chip.
"The interface to Professor Warwick�s nervous system was a micro electrode
array consisting of 100 individual electrodes implanted in the median nerve of
the left arm. A 25-channel neural signal amplifier amplifies the signals from
each electrode by a factor of 5000 and filters signals with corner frequencies
of 250Hz and 7.5KHz. The amplified and filtered electrode signals are then
delivered to the neural signal processor where they are digitized at 30,000
samples/second/electrode and scanned online for neural spike events." ["The

The important factor here is that this implantable chip is designed to be
placed in the key nerve areas of the body! Sometime in the future, a wide range
of human emotions and feelings will be permanently stored in a government
computer, ready to be sent out via RF (Radio Frequency) to an individual or to a
whole group of people. These people will feel exactly what the government wants
them to feel -- all of the people within range of the RF signal. In this way, an
entire city may be made to feel the same feeling or emotion! For example, an
entire city may be tranquilized at once, if everyone in the city had been
previously implanted with this MMEA chip!
Can you imagine how effectively the government could take guns away from a
population previously implanted with this chip? All government officials would
have to do is to anesthetize everyone in the city with a specific RF signal.
With everyone in the city asleep -- for days if necessary -- government
officials could leisurely drive up to home after home to gather all the guns and
cart them away.
Conversely, if the leaders and/or citizens of a particular town or city were
proving too troublesome to the government, an RF signal could be sent out that
sent everyone into writhing, torturous pain! The citizens could be left in
extreme pain for such a long time, they could be easily induced to stop their
opposition and start cooperating!
The possibilities of government control are seemingly endless! This
implantable chip simply offers the most incredible degree of control and threat
of control the world has ever seen. But, this is exactly the kind of control
this passage in Revelation 13 implies, just as we detailed in Part 1.
D.A.R.P.A. FUNDING
As we shall very shortly detail, the future dictatorial arm of the United
States Government -- Homeland Security -- is pouring heavy amounts of dollars
through Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, [D.A.R.P.A.] into this project.
Homeland Security was created in the immediate aftermath of the 9/11 attacks,
and is designed to be the future Gestapo Police State apparatus that shall
repress every American citizen, no matter if the citizen is friend or foe of the
government.
Let us first quickly examine this office so you can realize how dangerous it
is that such a government entity is pouring many millions of dollars into an
implantable chip that has obvious Antichrist connotations. We have previously

operating with tremendous authority, controls each of the Cabinet positions
which used to report directly to the President. Now, Tom Ridge is their boss,
and he reports directly to the President, a change of monumental proportions.
Even the CIA, Department of Justice, and Department of Defense report to Ridge.
In the guise of "protecting" our liberties, our leaders are in the process of
taking them away, with the vast majority of Americans totally unaware of what is
really occurring! In the Old Testament, as Israel drew closer to the "edge of
the sword" judgment God had prepared for them at the hands of Nebuchadnezzar of
Babylon, the people became increasingly spiritually darkened and apathetic; a
close study of the Major and Minor Prophets seems to demonstrate that God was
causing a progressively increasing spiritual blindness to fall upon virtually
the entire population, to the point where they could not see what was about to
occur.
America seems to be in the same predicament today, even to many sincere,
genuinely saved pastors, teachers, and Bible professors! Can God's judgment be
far off?
But, now, the question of the hour is:

control every person on earth precisely the manner in which Bible prophecy

NEWS BRIEF: "Neurobiologist uses brain to restore mobility", The Chronicle
Online, The Independent Daily At Duke University, by Liana Wyler, September 30,
2003.
"... Dr. Miguel Nicolelis ... is making far larger strides toward finding a
way to restore motor function in paralyzed patients. Co-director of the Center
for Neuroengineering, professor of neurobiology and philanthropist, Nicolelis is
realizing another dream and in the process, turning heads in the international
scientific community. 'My dream is to understand how large brain sequences work
to create motor functions and use that information to clinically treat
paralysis,' said Nicolelis."
Most of the researchers today firmly believe that they are pursuing a
technology that will benefit mankind, and resolutely refuse to even consider
that their discoveries and practical advances might be used for any dark,
sinister purpose. You will see this reality a little later in this article. Now,
let us return to see the impact of the DARPA funding.
"Nicolelis and his research team were awarded an unprecedented $26 million
grant from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 2002 to
design a brain-machine interface program that could test whether neuroprosthetic
devices can be used to restore motor-function in paralysis victims. Next week
... the fledgling Public Library of Science Journal ... will debut exciting
preliminary clinical data on neuroprosthetic devices that can be controlled
simply by thinking about it. Last year, Nicolelis's research team found that
monkeys can incorporate a robot arm into their thoughts and control the robot."
This line of research is the essence of the DARPA interest; they want a
device that can interact with the brain -- Brain-Machine Interface, or BMI --
that can be used to tightly control the person into whom the chip is implanted;
whether this technology could ever create thoughts and/or control all thoughts
and belief structures remains to be seen. We are positive DARPA can't wait to
discover the answer to that question, as well.
Incredible Benefits
"The implications of Nicolelis's research is far-reaching. There are
currently over 200,000 people who are paralyzed and each year, 10,000 more will
become paralyzed. The possibility of regaining mobility is revolutionary. 'This
is about trying to create something that doesn't exist', said Nicolelis. 'I'm a
physician by training and to me, the possibility of restoring motor function by
creating an exoskeleton robot--or even bypassing the lesion in the spinal
chord--is incredible'."
Once again, we see that researchers are totally obsessed with the benefits to
people who are paralyzed, possibly for life. When this technology becomes more
widely accepted and fully understood, these benefits will be trumpeted globally
and very few brave souls will ever think of the dark lining in this silver
cloud. This article then proceeds to this dark lining, but notice that, before
any of the less than agreeable elements of this technology are even discussed,
they are dismissed when the journalist calls them "rumor mill". Listen:
"Hannah Hoag, an intern at Nature wrote a sensational feature article in
June, contriving DARPA's goals as going beyond trying to rehabilitate paralyzed
veterans and intending to create devices 'to enhance normal human function' and
'allow images to be relayed direct to the brains of military personnel' similar
to The Matrix. Defending his research, Nicolelis pointed to the fact that her
'more sinister interpretation would not be possible' to realize in the near
future, and that his contract with DARPA is not classified information."
No, of course, the good doctor, Nicolelis, would not be dealing with
classified information, because his research is very above board and public.
What DARPA will likely do is to take his cutting-edge advances and turn to their
own scientists to achieve the true goal, which Hannah Hoag has probably
accurately described. DARPA is very interested in planting thoughts into the
minds of their victims, not only military personnel, but large populations. New
Age author, Bill Cooper, wrote about the goal of the Illuminati to control the
entire masses of people throughout the world. Listen:
"With these three inventions under their direction, those in positions of
power strongly suspected that it was possible for them to control the whole
world with the push of a button." ["Behold A Pale Horse", Bill Cooper, p. 38]
DARPA seems to be counting on the probability that this "Brain-Machine
Interface" implantable chip system will allow them to "control the whole world
with the push of a button."
Therefore, you can see the hideous future when the very frightening future
Police State apparatus is so interested in a human implantable chip which will
tightly control each individual on earth in precisely the same manner as the
Bible foretells. Any survivor of a Communist police state would instantly become
alarmed at the implications of this chip and the fact that the very agency
designed from the beginning to be repressive is the agency funding the research.
The Bible is unclear as to the timing of the Mark of the Beast; however, it
seems like the timing would vary from perhaps a year into the Tribulation to the
Mid-Point of the Tribulation period. Therefore, from the moment Antichrist
arises, to the time when the Mark of the Beast is forced upon the peoples of the
world, it seems that at least one year and perhaps as many as 3 1/2 years would
lapse before the chip would be implemented. With total scientific knowledge
doubling every 18 - 24 months, this time lapse is significant. This lapse would
mean that the development of the chip would not have to be 100% ready when
Antichrist arose.
But, clearly, this M.M.E.A. - MULTIPLE MICRO ELECTRODE
ARRAY - implantable chip seems to be the only chip which fulfills every
single demand which the prophecy demands of the "Mark of the Beast". Let us
close with this prophecy:
Are you spiritually ready? Is your family? Are you adequately protecting your
